Excellent service. Everyone is dedicated to all of my needs. The food is good quality and nothing is too much trouble. It's also very nice to see that all of the nurses have got smiles on their faces. If feels like being in a hotel run by nurses.

Welcomed by 2 lovely ladies. Very kind excellent care from staff was observed. Thank you for looking after our friend, so well. Its lovely to see her so relaxed and calm.

I find it hard to think of anything that could be improved about my care. The culture here is exceptional and people listen to the patient. Consider their needs always putting the patient's needs first. It is humbling to meet a group of people so thoughtful and caring and I feel so lucky to have been here. This culture extends from the cleaners right up to the physicians and by listening and providing what's right for the patient you have been a lifetime to me in relieving the terrible pain that brought me here on day. Thank you.
